Services
I provide user-generated content (UGC) creation services, including but not limited to product demonstration videos, lifestyle content, and brand collaborations, as outlined on this site or agreed upon directly.
Bookings & Payment
Project pricing is listed on the Services & Pricing page and is subject to change. A quote or invoice will be provided before work begins. Payment terms (deposit, full payment, milestones) will be confirmed directly with each client prior to project start.
Usage Rights
Standard packages include usage rights as specified per package (e.g. 30-day usage). Extended usage, including paid advertising use, requires an additional licensing fee as outlined on the Services & Pricing page or agreed upon separately.
Content Ownership
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, raw and unedited footage remains the property of Elizabeth Zima Nebo. Licensed/delivered content becomes usable by the client per the agreed usage terms.
Cancellations & Revisions
Cancellation and revision policies will be confirmed on a per-project basis at the time of booking.
Limitation of Liability
Services are provided on an as-agreed basis. I am not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of delivered content outside the agreed usage terms.
Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of this site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
